I’ve been a loyal customer of Napleton Autowerks in Schererville Infiana for nearly 10 years and have purchased two Mercedes-Benz vehicles from them — first with Victor, and later with Juan. I’ve always done my service here as well, but after my most recent experience, I can confidently say I’ll never return or recommend this dealership again.

The Service Manager Joe Durant is one of the most disrespectful service department managers that I have ever had the opportunity to interact with. It is very sad and unfortunate that you find a organizations to find every excuse under the son to assist you and then when you call them out out in their upper management even the dealerahip's ownership treats you like garbage and do not care about anything regarding attempt to keep or retaining customers. The level of arrogance and lack of professionalism is complete in comprehensive.
Horrible customer service with giving 2 different prices on the Benz . Saying one price and then saying it’s 3500.00 more. Some shady stuff going on. Spend your money elsewhere. The mamagment team should do better.

Vince was great! He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Everybody there was quite nice and so helpful.
Saleswoman was great! However, the finance guy attempted to itemize "reconditioning fee" as a warranty charge. In all honesty he was charging me 1300 to fix the used car he currently own and sale me. If I didn't know any better I would've paid it. He also undervalued my trade in. Considering, the value of used cars is inflated he proceeded to discuss his concerns and unfairness. I left the dealership and the next day purchased a brand new 2022 430i BMW.
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful with our purchase. Robert Valle did a great job getting us through the process of choosing a vehicle, getting the financing sorted out (along with Roger Buss), going over the features in the car and reassuring us that if we have any questions he is there for us. I would recommend Napleton Autowerks of Indiana to anyone looking to make a car purchase. Also Jeffery Tamborrino did an excellent job of explaining the warranty and walking us through the paperwork!

ZERO STARS Horrible. When I bought my $70k car at this place they never paid off my trade in and I had payments coming out of my checking account for two months for a car they owned (trade-in). Fast forward 18 months I have a flat tire so I call Mercedes service (road side assistance included in my purchase price) to have my $71K car towed to Napleton Mercedes Service garage. The process of purchasing a new vehicle was efficiently performed and professionally processed. The vehicle was exactly what I wished to acquire and the personnel at this dealership are competent and knowledgeable.

This is my 4th Mercedes purchase at Napleton Autowerks in Scherrillville and as always it was a great experience. Jim my sells agent was great as well Tracy in finance. Unfortunately I don’t know the young lady’s name in the front office but she was great as well.

Had issues regarding the car that needed to be addressed. Spoke to the sales associate and manager about these. The Issues were resolved with satisfaction.
From the time on walked in everyone was pleasant and very helpful. They gave us plenty of time and options of just what our needs were, as far as what exactly we wanted in our car.Our salesmen Matt was over the top.
I was treated well and the wok done seems to be good. I had to wait 2 weeks to get in due not having a loaner car and the car wash wasn't very good, in fact it was lacking badly.

Lack of communication, transparency and genuine care was concern. No attention to the details for the buyer and their only priority was selling the car. Buying a car is a process. Buying anything that is an investment is about the experience. That experience involves the people you deal with each step of the way. The facility is very clean and the service department does what they can to provide additional savings on scheduled maintenance. Service was excellent. The service team picked up my car and left a loaner car for my convenience in case I needed to use a car. They called me and kept me informed when my car would be ready and delivered. I appreciated the pick up and delivery service especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. I felt safer not having to expose myself to a public waiting room.

I had issue with check engine light coming on. They replaced both NOX sensors. They tested car prior to returning it back to me. It runs fine.

We just purchased a 2020 GLC 300W4 SUV. Jim Dwyer was absolutely courteous, professional, and mindful of our time. He didn't play any snarky games that car salesmen are sometimes known for. I hate the car buying process and have always viewed it as a necessary evil. I no longer feel that way after my purchasing my Volvo at Napleton. They were very quick (meaning no hassle) which is rare for a car dealer. Made sure we understood everything and we were happy every step of the way.
I had a recall on the Air Bags on my Mercedes that I was working with GURLEY LEEP MERCEDES service dept. for about 6 to 8 months in Mishawaka IN.
